December Already!!

Where does the time go? I can't believe it is two weeks until Christmas. I am mostly done my shopping and we have made every effort to slow down and enjoy the holidays. We visited Herr's light display in Nottingham and it was heart warming to hear loads of "Oh wow!"s from the back seat. Graydon was needless to say very impressed. We are planning a trip to Longwood gardens next week. Graydon visited Santa last week and unlike last year he wanted nothing to do with the jolly man in the red suit or his candy or his coloring book! I love the pout lipped picture though. Graydon loves decorating the tree, and un-decorating the tree and redecorating the tree again! He also loves playing with daddy and his train set. He has been a good boy overall and I am sure Santa will be good to him. We had friends over last night who have little boys the same age as Graydon and we made gingerbread houses. Well the moms made the houses and the boys ate candy! Graydon was so quiet and intense unwrapping and eating the hershey kisses and as I would get into my decorating he probably ate more that he should have but so far no belly aches!

Well word has slipped out, so I'll make it official, we are pregnant! Due July 17th. It's still early only 9 weeks right now but I figured since word is out I might as well blog about it. A little of a surprise but we are very excited and still in shock. We had a first ultrasound and although the baby looked more like a gummy bear everything checked out okay. I'll keep you posted.
